Infrastructure & CRM Integration
ByteSmith designs, configures, and deploys custom AI-powered outbound sales systems integrated directly into your CRM environment. Our services are provided on an enterprise basis, tailored to the specific operational parameters and compliance requirements of your B2B consulting firm or agency.
Once deployed, your internal teams maintain administrative custody of the integrated environments. While we provide ongoing technical calibration and structural maintenance, the day-to-day execution of campaigns remains under your firm's operational supervision.

Outreach Regulations
Your firm retains absolute ownership of all prospect lists, proprietary lead databases, and custom outreach messaging templates. ByteSmith claims no intellectual property rights over the client-supplied data or bespoke copy developed during our engagement.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all automated outreach campaigns comply with local anti-spam legislation, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and regional telecommunications laws. Our systems must be operated in a human-safe, compliant manner.
